George W Flush (.com)

Got a job for “Joe The Plumber” after his 15 minutes are up. Presenting George W. Flush- just in time to be installed in the San Francisco Sewerage Treatment plant to be named in George’s honor.
San Francisco artist, Clark Sorensen aka ClarkMade.com, best known for his functional urinal sculptures in the shape of flowers, has had a new inspiration - a urinal in the likeness of our not so beloved President George W. Bush, entitled: Presidential Urinal. Internationally known for his creations of urinals in the shape of Calla Lilies, California Poppies, Hibiscus, Tulips, snail shells and others, he was moved to create a urinal sculpture to express his appreciation for the past 8 years of W’s leadership.

George will be part of Clark’s upcoming solo show “Down the Drain - The Legacy of George W Bush” which will run from January 17th through February 16th 2009 at Ruby’s Clay Studio in San Francisco.

Sneak Peak! Clark is having an election night party in his studio where George will be on display, plumbed and working, and visitors are encouraged to give him what he really deserves - A Good Flush! This should give the phrase “inaugurating the president” a whole new meaning. If you’d like to attend, Contact the artist directly.
