It occurred to me that .LearnMore would make a GREAT gTLD string. It's like .Info except it's ingrained in the hearts and minds of people. It's been part of the popular culture lexicon forever. As a kid advertisers trained you where to go to "learn more."
When I heard the Voice Over Artist say it in the energy spots, i heard it as logo on to LearnMore.com.
So I wondered about LearnMore.com, a site that could be extremely value given that with subdomains it could be a place to be used to learn more about just anything or everything in the universe.
So I wasn't surprised a domain investor held it. But I was stunned at how cheap it was priced and how his landing page stood out and solved the age-old problem of "make an offer."
Make an offer is where more bounces happen. prospects simply don't know what to do. They have no guidance. They don't want to quote low and look like idiots. On the other hand, they don't want to over bid and walk away paying more than they had to. Who of us wants to do that?
I always think a statement like offers in the $3-5k range appropriate to start a negotiation for this name.
This name may be fir sale but you should know that dozens of previous offers have been rejected the highest being $65,000.
I'd never seem the appraisal approach before.
Seems like it would carry more credibility of appraisal was from KPW.
