Knowing what / who they are up against, I doubt NBC even tried to acquire SaveMe.com. So for now the promos will air on TV and only Google power users like me will know how to find them at http://www.nbc.com/save-me/.
Then when the show becomes a hit, they will just have to pay triple.

NBC should have learned that lesson with Today.com. They will pay for a "marquee name" like Ann Heche millions but for the real Marquee Name- they don't have a clue and it's 2013. No wonder why NBC is dying in last place (see our earlier post about the death of TV in general. The producers could have made a "smarter money" bet taking the show direct to domain and giving everyone rev share versus bygone Hollywood model salaries)
