I have no doubt that an oil crisis is coming and can ruin the world economy.<br /><br />But I have a question. At some point it becomes economical to convert coal into gasoline. I heard or read someplace that this becomes economical sometime after oil exceeds $60 per barrel. The United States has HUGE coal reserves.
